Starting at $499, our ukuleles are an exceptional value. It has been rewarding to have such a positive response from so many happy customers, but the only "problem" is that we have a hard time keeping up with demand.

Due to the unique nature of each of our ukuleles, a typical waiting list would not work very well. Therefore, we hold a special lottery for each ukulele, which has been a fair solution and is working well. We have been very productive lately, so the average waiting time is about 2-3 weeks for the majority of our customers. Rest assured that your patience will be well rewarded!

Now Available for Immediate Purchase

Occasionally, the winner of a lottery is not able to follow through with the purchase, so we mark the ukulele as "Now Available for Immediate Purchase" and announce that the ukulele is available through our newsletter, on Facebook, on Instagram, and we list the ukulele on our web page in our Store.

How Our Lottery System Works

When we have a new group of ukuleles available we send out the Cocobolo Ukuleles Lottery Newsletter with pictures and details about each ukulele. Through the email newsletter you can join the lottery for each ukulele that interests you. We announce the winners a few days later and reach out to them to finalize their purchases.

Although a lottery system is not a perfect solution, our goal is to create a fair playing field for all customers who are waiting patiently for new ukuleles. We have considered auctioning our ukuleles on eBay so that committed buyers can have more control over their destiny, but we want to maintain reasonable prices for our ukuleles and we would hate for "bidding wars" to create bad feelings among our customers. We want to keep the experience of owning a new Cocobolo as positive and as affordable as possible.
